Join before 1 January 2027 and pay $550 for the rest of 2026 and all of 2027. $750 from 2028.

The $1,000 initial contribution is once per office. Add every doctor in the first 60 days. A doctor added on day 61 pays $1,000. Monthly membership stays per doctor.

Monthly membership is per doctor, which is why the next question is how many doctors your practice has. The $1,000 initial contribution is once for the office when those doctors join in the first 60 days. A doctor added on day 61 pays $1,000.
