Meet Our Team

The people behind DentalLink IPA, building the structure, strategy, and support that help independent practices thrive without giving up ownership or clinical autonomy.

Co-Founder | Chief Executive Officer

I founded Veritas Dental Resources after recognizing an underserved need in the dental industry: effective negotiation with third-party payors.

I began this work in 2007. Since then, I've worked with over 10,000 dentists, influenced more than 6 billion dollars in newly negotiated revenue, and spent the last nineteen years as a professional public speaker translating complex insurance structures into strategies practices can actually use.

That work also exposed a ceiling. However well a single practice negotiates, it is negotiating alone, and the position itself, not the skill applied to it, sets the limit on what's achievable.

As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DentalLink IPA, I lead payer strategy, network development, and contracting, and I built the legal and operational framework the Independent Practice Association runs on. DentalLink IPA's ability to contract collectively rests on genuine clinical and financial integration: a shared risk pool, common quality standards, and coordinated care. That framework is deliberate, and it's what makes the model both durable and sound.

What I want to build is a national platform where independent dentists have the resources, expertise, and contracting position usually reserved for far larger organizations, while keeping full ownership, clinical autonomy, and control of their practices.

Founder | Chief Clinical Officer

I'm an endodontist, and I've spent nearly two decades both practicing and building dental businesses.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Finance with honors from Brigham Young University, then my Doctor of Dental Medicine and MBA from Temple University. After a General Practice Residency at the University of Utah, I completed my specialty training in Endodontics at the University of Detroit Mercy in 2006. I founded Copper Creek Endodontics and have built and led multiple specialty practices since, which means I've spent as much time on clinical operations, team leadership and the business realities of dentistry as I have in the chair.

I also founded Utah Dental United, to help independent dentists strengthen their businesses and hold onto their independence.

DentalLink IPA started with a conviction I couldn't shake: independent practices can only contract together properly through a structure with genuine shared financial risk, and that structure is strongest when it's anchored in clinical quality rather than sheer size. That principle is the foundation DentalLink IPA is built on, and it's why we're organized around a shared risk pool and common quality standards rather than around headcount.

As Founder and Chief Clinical Officer I lead our clinical standards and quality programs, and the vendor and member value side of the organization.

My conviction is simple: independent dentists providing excellent care should be paid accordingly. A network organized around that principle serves patients as well as it serves practices.

Chief Administrative Officer | Chief Insurance Architect

I've been in dentistry since 2008. Curiosity and a stubborn instinct to stand up for the underdog have taken my career somewhere I never planned.

I was featured in Dental Economics after raising concerns about an insurance company's practices with the state Insurance Commissioner, who investigated and acted. I've since brought concerns to commissioners' offices on several occasions, and in more than one case the regulator took action. I've also appeared several times on Ben Tuinei's podcasts, where we get into how practices can actually collect what they're owed.

Most of my work has been quieter than that. For the past decade I've been the insurance consultant more than 450 independent practices have had access to, mapping every carrier relationship, working out which ones were holding a practice back, and guiding each office through the changes that raised their reimbursement. It works. I've watched it work, practice by practice, for ten years.

At DentalLink IPA I lead insurance strategy and member success. The difference now is how much of it we carry. Members get the same strategy those 450 practices got, built on their own numbers and their own contracts, and we handle the submissions and the follow-up ourselves, so the office isn't chasing carriers.

Independent practices deserve the same footing as anyone else at the table. Getting them there is what I do every day, and it hasn't changed since 2008.

On a personal note: I grew up all over the world thanks to my dad's career in the Air Force, CIA and DIA, so the instinct to question a system may be inherited. I'm settled in Utah now, raising six kids with my husband. Typical large Utah family. We're outdoors and in the water as much as we can be.

President | Chief Growth Officer

I've spent more than 25 years building companies, developing revenue organizations and creating scalable growth platforms.

As a business owner and executive consultant I've worked with leaders, investors and executive teams to strengthen operations, accelerate growth, build strategic partnerships and create long term enterprise value. My approach combines big picture vision with practical execution: scalable systems, automation, technology, accountability and measurable results.

At DentalLink IPA I lead growth strategy, market expansion, strategic partnerships and long term business development. What I'm building toward is a nationally recognized platform that delivers real value to independent dentists while creating a durable enterprise for members and partners.

Guided by the OWNER philosophy, I'm committed to building DentalLink IPA as a company driven by ownership, accountability, innovation and sustainable growth.

I live in Salt Lake City with my wife. Together we have four children and one small grandbaby. We love being outdoors, up in the mountains, playing by the pool, and family time.
