$650 membership + $100 into the shared risk pool
Promotional rate — locked through 2027
$550per doctor / month
$450 membership + $100 into the shared risk pool
Join before 1 January 2027 and pay $550 for the rest of 2026 and all of 2027. $750 from 2028.
The $1,000 initial contribution is once per office. Add every doctor in the first 60 days. A doctor added on day 61 pays $1,000. Monthly membership stays per doctor.
Participation Pays. Literally.
Every member contributes to the shared risk pool. At the end of each year, your participation score determines your share of it — the more of the program you complete, the more you take home.
Your score is visible all year, so you always know exactly where you stand and what completing the next item is worth to you.
